My order ended up coming late two different times, and the tracking didn’t help at all. It kept wording things like the package was on its way or almost there, but that clearly wasn’t true. Frustrating when the updates make it sound like everything is fine and then nothing shows up

I liked some parts of the service, but the whole subscription setup was kind of confusing. I couldn’t easily figure out where to change my plan, and canceling took way more steps than I expected. Support did get back to me eventually, but it was slow, and I had to explain the same issue again, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth...

The menus felt kind of all over the place, and it took me way too long to get through checkout. I know companies like to say things are “simple” or “streamlined,” but that definitely wasn’t my experience here

I really wanted to like this… i did. But the taste was rough for me. It had this weird bitter aftertaste that just lingered, and the texture felt kind of chalky, which didn’t help.
